The Middle East - Blood
Towns not known for producing amazing rock/folk/slightly ambient music: Townsville, Australia.
These guys have an amazing EP out, this is the best track after first listen.
“If all you’re trying to do right now is pitch a record of sounds, you’re probably only at about one third of the story.”

The EP can be purchased in the form of a beautifully designed art piece by the husband and wife team Kozyndan, which is printed on a 100 percent organic Alternative Apparel T-shirt, and which comes with a seed-paper download card pinned to its tag. Instead of ending up with a jewel case for your shelf, you get a shirt for your back and, over time, a plant to care for—and, of course, and a number of excellent songs, remixes, and videos to download.

“Once upon a time, we awoke with a new question on our mind. We didn’t quite know what the buzz and bustle of a Brooklyn afternoon would bring. In search of nothing more than some fresh answers, we found a few dreams instead”
There’s something amazing about this video, not least of which the choice of Au Revoir Simone for the soundtrack.
